Shipping policy
Our prices include free shipping. We ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, and Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please keep in mind that shipping can be delayed during the holiday season. We can offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, please contact us before purchasing if you want expedited shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Once a package has been shipped, the only information I have is on the tracking number you have been sent. Please contact USPS directly for tracking information. Any additional information would have to be from the postal service, not from us. It can take up to 30 days to find missing mail.
If it is determined that a package is truly lost, please contact USPS directly to make a claim not to exceed the insured amount. We will help as much as we can. Please contact us at info@dddesigns1226.com so that we are aware of the problem and help you as much as we possibly can.
Local Pickup Option
Yes! If you are local to the Wilmington, Delaware area, I offer local contactless porch pickup, or we can make arrangements to meet up. Please contact me at Info@dddesigns1226.com to schedule a date and time for either local pickup or to meet at a local public location.
